2024 Budget

The Cross Creek Board of Directors adopts an annual budget of costs and expenses expected to be incurred by the Association over the course of the year.  This budget includes an adequate allowance for maintenance and beautification of the Common areas, support for the storm water retention areas and discharge systems, and rear yard drains within the Subdivision. 

 

The Board of Directors levies an annual assessment on the owners of each lot to support the operating expenses for the Subdivision.  The current 2024 assessment is $350 and was due by March 31st.  Homeowners are notified by mail as to the annual assessment amount and due date.
