Teenage is a very crucial and sensitive age and if children are not handled carefully during these years, their entire future can be doomed. At Cross Creek Academy, we understand the concern of parents and emotional stress that students undergo during teenage. We also understand the reasons for the gap in the relationship between parents and children during teenage. If right efforts are not taken at the right time the children-parent bond can be lost forever. Worried and hassled parents come to us and tell us how their child’s behavior is getting unreasonable and aggressive. We have successfully helped such parents and students by conducting various programs, seminars, and workshops.

We firmly believe that Cross Creek programs are not mere programs but effective solutions to plight of defiant teens and troubled parents. Various types of workshops and seminars are conducted at Cross Creek academy. Self esteem seminars in academy aim at helping students develop a positive outlook towards life. We also guide students to develop new skills, choose perfect career path, learn from past experiences, and explore new opportunities. Students participating in self esteem seminars organized in academy show positive changes in their behavioral attitudes. They learn the importance of honesty, integrity, trust, agreements, leadership, communication and responsible decision making skills. Cross Creek Programs conducts a "Self Directed" Merit System as well.

• Teen Meetings: These are part of the Self-Directed program that evaluates and develops key character and morals in your child. Students analyze their critical life experiences and self-limiting beliefs that effect self-esteem and past choices. Teen meetings aim at developing leadership and mentoring skills, peer relationships, and overall progress of students. Various teen meetings are STUDENT DISCOVERY (3 DAYS), STUDENT FOCUS (3 DAYS), STUDENT ACCOUNTABILITY (2 DAYS), KEYS TO SUCCESS (1 DAY), STUDENT SERVICE.



• Parent Seminars: We organize a 3 day Parent Discovery seminar which aims at reviving and strengthening the parent and child bond. The parent seminars are conducted at different locations around the country. Parents are requested to attend this seminar as it can play a key role in enhancing their relationship with their child. Such seminars also help to inculcate high moral ethics and family ideals among students. It improves the interaction, understanding, and perceptions among parents and children.



• Parent-Child Meeting: We organize three Parent/Child Workshops that aim to help families in a successful integration of the child back into the home. The first Parent Child Workshop is held at school while the other two are held either on campus or close by.  These meetings are organized to give and take evaluative feedbacks from parents and children.
